To terminate your water or sewer service, please call Customer Service at 770-957-6659 between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, at least one business day PRIOR to the date of stopping service.
Most requests can be completed over the phone. We will need to verify your social security identification number with the number listed on the account.
Your water meter will be read the next day and a final bill will be mailed. Please make sure we have a correct forwarding address for the final bill. After the final bill is paid in full bringing the account balance to $0.00, if there is a security deposit that was not previously returned or applied to the account, it will be returned to the same forwarding address.
