Developer Close-out Procedure
Before closing out a project, which would qualify to tap on to the HCWSA system, developers must submit to the Authority’s Engineering Department staff the required forms, deeds, affidavits, materials, water meter application (if applicable) and other information provided or completed. A developer’s closeout procedure will vary depending upon whether proposing a residential or non-residential project. HCWSA Engineering Department staff will provide assistance and guidance to all developers or applicants to assure all items are addressed.
