Administration
HCWA is governed by a five member Board. Each Board member is appointed by the respective County Commissioner of his district, and serves a 2 year term plus any additional time until their successors are appointed and qualified. The Board holds regularly scheduled monthly meetings at the administrative offices of the Authority located in McDonough, GA. The daily operations of the Authority are the responsibility of the General Manager, who reports to the Board.
